Go-Forth Pest Control not only lost my business. They lost my trust. Here’s why. On July 20th, I signed up for service. I understood that I’d get the first month for $249 with automatic renewals of $69 each month until canceled. OK. On August 7th, I called because I wanted to cancel before another renewal. Then the problems started. The rep. told me that my $249 covered only the rest of July! (Only 10 days, not 30). I felt deceived! Before formally canceling, I wanted to see exactly what I had agreed to—including any cancellation, early-termination, buyout, or other fees. So, I immediately texted a request for the contract and evidence of my acceptance. At 12:30pm, the rep. texted, “You can reach me by text right here from now on…” I texted her one question. But no one replied on Friday…. Or Monday. By Tuesday, August 11th, they still had not replied. So, I again requested the contract and evidence of my acceptance and confirmed the correct email address. Still no reply Tuesday or Wednesday. I sent 2 more texts Wednesday and Thursday. Nobody replied! Thursday afternoon, someone from Go-Forth left me a voicemail saying, “Can you please give us a call…” But I didn’t need another undocumented phone call! I needed the written contract and answers to my questions in writing. I then used the contact form on its website. Soon after, I got an automated text saying, “… We will respond to your inquiry soon.” But they never did! Still no reply Monday the 17th. Still no reply Tuesday the 18th. And as of today, Wednesday, August 19, Go-Forth has still NOT REPLIED to me via text and still has not sent me the contract or evidence that I accepted it! Before I formally cancel, I need the contract and evidence of my acceptance so I can verify exactly what I agreed to—including any cancellation, early-termination, buyout, or other fees. After nearly two weeks of asking reasonable questions and getting ignored, my patience has run out.

The Techs are wonderful and I would give them a 5, however, the management and the accounting department is awful. I would rate them 0. They took out $400 for a $200 service, promised to reimburse me $200, said they mailed the check on 7/9 and I have never received. Called them to stop payment on the check and I would pick on up and the guy I spoke with could not understand what a stop payment was.

To me go forth Pest Control is outstanding service they go around and clean the cobwebs all the way around the house on the trimming in the eaves underneath the overhangs very knowledgeable technicians to me their best in the business A+service they make sure they get every nook and cranny on your property very professional

Makes sure to take the money out done had 3 appt schedule never shows up and still continues to take money out my account then decides to cancel the contract and takes even more money out account. Very unprofessional rude hateful company

Did business with them for 6 yrs. Became unhappy with the results we were getting so we cancelled our sevice. The very next day they cme to my house and removed ten bait sticks from my termite bait holders. I believe that I paid for that bait and no longer wanted them to monitor or replace them. I can't understandwhy they would remove the bait sticks. Are they going to use them at someone elses property? Seems like a poor way to run a business. It cost them more to remove them than they are worth in time and reputation.

Great service. Would recommend Goforth to everyone

After 40 plus years the pest control service we used went out of business. We contacted Go Forth. First visit they sprayed the inside and left a residue all over my stained wood floor and baseboard. it was very difficult to remove. Then we started seeing water bugs a couple of times that we had never had before. When they came back for the second visit, we were told they only treat the areas we are having problems with. S0, you pay every month but they just spray when you have a problem???? And isn’t it better to spray quarterly so don’t ever have a problem. Needless to say we canceled the contract and incurred a hefty fee for canceling. We canceled because of the poor service. Unbelievable…

Wow its hard to know where to start. Called for pest control, scheduled. The guy came in and said looks like you only have trouble in one area and only serviced the kitchen. I asked what about the rest of the house, he left. I gave him a check for the services, now they cannot find the check. Then they double billed me for the session and hounds me on a regular basis for payment. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I don't even think the technician knew what he was doing.
