There was promotion if you buy 2 get 1 free, but I received only two.When I called the customer service, they said they can`t help me. They said just return your product back and that's it. There is no other solution!!!! It makes me feel just stupid because he said you suppose to put 3 products. But there was no extra information that you suppose do that honestly. I thought if I buy 2, they will automatically send me 3 because of the deal, instead they sent me two. I just don't appreciate the fact that they can't do anything to help me resolve this issue. They should just send me one more in the mail because of the promotion.

Sunday, February 16th around 12:30PM I stopped at the Brook Park, Ohio location to pick up two items per my Orho. When I walked in, there were two associates at the counter talking to an older gentle (non-GNC topic). I stood there for a minute and asked if I could get some help. The younger of the two pop his head out and said what do you need. I replied, help. The other associate said he'd be with me in a minute. I stood there as the conversation continued then said hey no worries I'll go to Vitamin World. The older associate sarcastically said "have a nice day ma'am". I told him I would and that not to worry I would be contacting corporate about his great service! I have gone into that store many times over the years and never had bad customer service until yesterday! Know I will not be returning to that location (5 minutes from my house) again and will drive 20 minutes where I do get great customer service at Vitamin World!

This company treats their employees like crap. They give them no training. Then write them up or fire them for not making enough sales. They barely pay above minimum wage, no benefits and minimum hours. The management have no training. They have no desire to learn or teach. Employees are also told to only sell GNC brand names. They do not care about the customers at all.

Worst customer service ever After 12 days of waiting, package was not delivered , shipment canceled Called to understand the situation and After 42 minutes on hold, no satisfying answer. NO GNC anymore

For the past two weeks, I have sat on the phone trying to talk to ANYONE in HR and each time I wait for about an hour for ANYONE to answer the phone. Not once did I ever get through to anyone. The prompt offered me to leave my number and to have someone call me back, have not recieved a return call! If I could give zero stars I would, because how can you rate customer service that you NEVER recieved?!

I wish there were zero stars! They sent us the wrong merchandise -- $1600 of apparel instead of a box of sports beans! We had the hassle of returning the apparel, and got a gift card for the sports beans value (instead of a credit card refund.) The hassle of all of that made me decide to never go with GNC again, but I wanted to get my original value back for the sports beans never received. In using the gift card, it took the order threshold below $49, so I had to pay for shipping. So, I lost about $10 in value trying to use a gift card received for product never shipped. Talked to a manager, the apologized profusely and said they'd refund shipping. They did, and two hours later, cancelled it. I should have kept the $1600 of apparel and sold it online instead of being honest and doing the right thing, as they won't do the right thing.

I which I could give zero stars my husband frequently went to GNC his last purchase was at the store off 86th and Michigan in Oct then in December he received an alert On his phone of a charge on his charge card from GNC he had not purchased anything so he called his credit card and told them he did not make a purchase they promptly removed it however today he received a call from our credit card company that they would be adding the charge back as GNC disputed it being removed so in talking with her she stayed on the phone called their customer service the first person was nice explained the situation to him he canceled the auto shipment said it was probably put on in error someone hit the wrong button made it a recurring but he would have to send to another department to make this short spoke with them they refused to give us the credit and they sent the product to an address we have not lived at for over a year and a half so did not sign up for a recurring did not receive the product but they still expect us to pay for it and did not offer to resend the shipment. The customer service is horrible and they have now lost another customer no wonder they are closing multiple stores they need to. GNC is garbage buy your products else where with someone who is honest

I wish there was zero stars. I'll give my 1 star to the polite employee. I received a gnc gift card last Christmas. I wanted to spend it but after a half hour of automated crap on the phone, navigating their website for another 20 minutes, it was impossible to get a balance check. I came to a store front where they tell me they don't use gift cards. Their register cannot recognize my card. So basically money given to gnc and no product in return. That is just awful. It is at least $30 donated to a this bull***t store.
