I had an issue with an action performing correctly. The person that helped me, Caliman, was patient with my many questions, and helped me through the problem. Caliman logged into the server and fixed the issue for me, as well as stayed on to answer a few more questions after the issue was resolved. I was treated like family!

My questions were answered very well and the operator was kind and polite and fast to answer.
