GMG PerformanceReviews of gmg-performance.com

I ordered a pair of the blue light glasses from GMG Performance and I am extremely happy with my order! It came with a case for my glasses along with a cleaner. The customer service is amazing! They reply to emails and get back to you on your questions or concerns very soon! Along with that, your order comes in by the date they give you. True and honest website to order a pair of cool blue light glasses!

I ordered the GMG glasses at the end of November and didn't receive them until yesterday. I was pretty disappointed that they didn't arrive at Christmas, but I forgot that the world is in a difficult situation. I reached out to customer service about my dissatisfaction and they replied to me with a humble attitude that made me realize that it wasn't the end of the world. COVID has made it harder for some businesses to function as well as they did before. I understand this now and I'm grateful that I received the glasses in the end. The wait was long, customer service was great, brother is happy with his new glasses - a good test of patience.

Excellent product, a little fragile. Good customer support, they are comprehensive and that's really appreciated ! I recommend to take the lifetime garantee for the glasses. As I said they can be fragile. I ordered a pair of Oculus glasses.

I recieved my glasses today, i waited a few weeks for them to arrive, but that was due to an issue on my end. The customer service help on correcting the issue was absolutely wonderful. I always got a response within the next working day, and at one point it was back and forth conversation to fix the problem within minutes. Definitely recommend due to the great customer service. Plus the glass great, and work wonderfully.

I ordered a pair of GMG Optimizer glasses back in October. I really love it and I do feel like its working since I need less break in between computer sessions. Unfortunatelly the frame on one side started breaking recently. I contacted the support and they almost immediately responded and offered me a new pair. I highly reccomend GMG Performance for anyone who is thinking about buying such glasses for themselves. Im satisfied with both the product and the friendly support.

I really liked the product and the fast replies to my e-mails. I must admit I was a bit worried when I noticed the delay to delivery but I understand, given the current situation.. in the world. But the support was quick to calm me down and assist me.

Horrendous service, bad product. Was promised a refund that I have yet to receive and has been over 3 weeks. They are blaming covid for them not sending the refund yet which would take 5 minutes. Glasses also only come in 1 size which is not stated on each actual item, and you have to scroll down and look in a completely different section to find that information. Save yourself the money and buy some from Amazon for £10

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experience. Although I experienced long delivery time, this wasn’t a big deal for me as long as I get an answer from customer service letting me know when my product will arrive. They provided me with a tracking number, letting me know when it’ll deliver, and answered all my questions. The first time around, I actually didn’t receive my package due to some issue with the delivery but customer service handled it by sending me another. They also provided me with a tracking number, let me know when it’ll deliver, and answered all my questions again. This time I got my product, and I’m very surprised a customer service could be so amazing.
