My order was placed in 28/11/2025 with a full design. They sent a proof done via AI (which anyone could've done it better). After I refused to accept as the people in the picture were not me neither my family they disappeared for two months. After many, not responded emails, I contacted them again via the website and they replied saying that I never replied to their email - which was a lie. After sharing all my emails and asking for a refund they said they would have to charge me £14 for the AI design they did 🤣 They finally refunded me this week. Any ways, this company is a joke. Be careful.

Not just the art is great also the costumer service! I ordered a Christmas present from glowing gallery but there was a mixup in my order so I got the wrong one. After talking to the costumer service, they managed to send me the right one just in time for christmas without any extra charges. And of course both anrtworks are beautiful. They are the best!
