GlossierReviews of glossier.com

I recently placed an order with Glossier. I was not provided a tracking number or confirmation email, so I contacted the company email about the order. I never heard back, no tracking was provided, but they did manage to charge my credit card. I guess they have that part of the process down, just the following through part they seem to struggle with.

I visited the London store in Covent Garden and tried their perfume Glossier You. The perfume lasted on my jacket for days (as it rubbed on my wrists), I purchased the big bottle, however the perfume I got last for less than an hour, In fact it barely smells, nobody can smell it on me, I was expecting loads of comliments :( I assume I got a perfume from a batch that is not a good quality. Very disappointed as I watch so many good reviews online and was expecting a long lasting perfume

On Octouber 10th I made my order, one ultralip (villa), one solid perfume and also a milky jelly cleanse (the small version). When finally my order arrived, It already has passed more than 1 month since the day that I order it. They said I would receive a pink pouch or whatever I didn't receive it, they didn't gave me not even one sample of anything. Terrible everything. The shades don't match the actual product, and also the perfume smells expired idk if that's how it's supposed to smell or what's going on. I was so excited that finally this brand was shipping all world, and since I was really young I wanted somth of this brand. Everything is just disappointing. Last week I sent them an e-mail telling them that I wanted to return the products, no response has arrived yet and I don't think will ever arrive. It's so sad that a brand like this has this quality. If anybody of the Glossier teem sees this my order number is GL16730120

A fabulous company-love their lip tints…and the perfume is a delight. Any issues are quickly resolved by really personable helpful staff….cant recommend enough 🤩

son curiosa di vedere il pacco se finalmente entra nelle mie mani. assistenza che ti risponde dopo dieci anni e mezzo e nonostante abbia speso parecchio la spedizione express non sanno nemmeno cosa significa. prodotti buoni

I’m so surprised at all the bad reviews as I’ve never had such good customer service. My order arrived quickly in the UK, one item was not the colour I’d hoped for so I emailed to enquire about an exchange. I had a reply within 12 hours and a new item was sent. Glossier understands that buying beauty products online can be tricky and this is reflected in their amazing customer service.

I cannot recommend Anna more, from the Glossier store in Covent Garden. She was super helpful and totally helped me sort out the most perfect present for my teenage daughter. Thank you Anna!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought some perfume mid-November, getting organised for Christmas. 5 weeks later, it has not arrived, and I have not had any response to my 6 emails. Shocking.
