I love this brand! Their skincare products are amazing, I’m especially in love with their milky face cleanser and their balm dot com. I would 100% recommend them to friends and family, and I’ve even gotten my sister hooked on their balm dot com too :)

Consistently fantastic customer service. Accept responsibility when products are faulty or their service falls short. Not that it happens often but their approach is refreshing.
