They just want your references
They are basically collecting references, once they get the references they disappear. Sad that LinkedIn allowing this type of activity Happened with me twice already.

Recruiter ghosted me do not trust

Scammers, pretend they have clients ask for a bunch of references, they reach out to all of them and never get back. A reference of mine said they were digging for customers asking more about the company than actually verifying, wasting over 20 minutes of their time.

Scammers, they ask for references and pretend there is a job, be careful what you share!

They're scammers, be careful. They will promise a great job with very high rate, but then very aggressively ask for references or information about your contacts. Do not supply them any information! The job they offer is fake, they will ghost you after they get the information they need from you.

They suggest you a good job and ask your CV. Then they will ask you a lot of document including ID cards. And then they ask you a list of references and then they will not answer anymore! It is waisting time! they do not respect privacy and do not clean your data from their database(it is not matter how many times you ask!). The following names are among their bad recruiters: Kian Patel Amy Collier Jordan Edner Vlera Aliu Ayman Hodge Rhey Ramirez Christopher Heppell Aimee Jackson James Roache James Evans

Message me via LinkedIn by lying like "We just phoned, and you misunderstood, but very high salary..." - SCAM. And LINKEDIN DOESN'T WANT TO BLOCK IT.
