Service was excellent. I had added items to my cart, unaware that I would be charged for them. After being invoiced, I asked that I not receive the items and that I not be charged. My account was immediately reconciled and the charge removed. Great service.

Have had nothing but great experiences, love that I am supporting small families overseas and getting great quality items in return.

I was given a gift subscription of 3 months and from my first contact with the GlobeIn web site it was problematic. The web site often will not let you select the artisan box you want, even if it is available and if you wish to change boxes within your allowable time, the web site will often not let you change. Good luck getting help from customer service. If they contact you, it won't be in time to actually help and will only be to say that there's nothing they can do. Do not waste your money here.

I love Globin !! The quality never disappoints !! I have ordered dishes, glassware, wooden items, fabric, and food items. I have always been delighted with deliveries and packaging. Only once was there a mixup in glass design, and the company sent the correct ones quickly and let me keep the ones sent in error. The artists are exceptional and I love supporting them.

I have ordered hand blown wine glasses and champagne glasses from them twice and they are absolutely gorgeous and well made. My first delivery was within a couple of weeks and my second delivery took almost 2 months which made me nervous. Emails were responded to slowly. I agree with other reviewers that this company struggled during the pandemic, but have worked to make things right. I will order glassware from tjem again as they are pieces of art.

Shipping has taken 2-3 months to receive items. Some of those items I’ve waited that long for have come broken. It is a very frustrating experience. However, when the products do come intact they are insanely beautiful and unique!!!! The subscribed part is very fun. I love the interaction on the mavens fb page and Instagram. I still look forward to the theme reveals even tho I have yet to receive any of my boxes. I still have hope for this company. I hope they get it together bc their mission and products are amazing!

I signed up with GlobeIn in July of 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic. I knew I would love the products, but didn't know how many snafus I'd encounter with shipping and items not being available. That said, GlobeIn has always, and I mean ALWAYS, responded to my emails (though maybe not right away) and done their absolute best to rectify any issues. Sometimes it was a broken bowl on delivery, or a shipment that took forever, or not being able to get a box or add-on I had ordered. They've worked hard to earn and win my trust. I have skipped many months because what I wanted wasn't available and I have purchased add-ons that I absolutely LOVE!! The world has gone wonky, and I know businesses are hurting. GlobeIn is great at what they do and I'm sure things will smooth out as life slowly limps back to "normal". Keep offering us great products, and I'll stick around. Thanks GlobeIn!

Great craftsmanship & choices. Very slow delivery & missing items. However, the problem has always been dealt with & fixed via email. This company has had it rough with Covid & all mail services have slowed down. There are huge logistics challenges from Covid & shortages too. I love the idea of direct pay to Artisans. I love the idea of fair trade. This company has their heart in the right place. I am confident that in a few months they will get the logistical problems under control.
