Sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the platform. Could you please let us know the email of your account so we can look into that? We can't match your name with any existing customer records.
The jobs they listed are not great and I cant change my profile at all. They limit you to the one title at setup so if that doesnt work you need to change it, you would likely have to do another profile and spend more money. You get more control with linkedin or indeed and they dont charge you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when job recommendations don't feel relevant to your background. Improving the quality and accuracy of our job matching is a key focus for our team, and we're continuously working to make our recommendations more personalized. We also appreciate your comments regarding profile flexibility. User feedback like yours helps us identify where the platform can be improved, including making it easier to update preferences and tailor job recommendations over time. Thank you again for your honest feedback. Your order has been refunded in full. We appreciate you giving our platform a try and wish you the very best in your job search.
The jobs are most often not the best fit and get recycled, and the resume isn't even properly rewritten for each role. They claim to give a refund, but they ensure you're unable to get it one way or another. They prevented me from having 14 consecutive days using an auto-apply limit which was never mentioned pre-subscription. Even when I challenged that, they unequivocally stated that I can't get a refund, and I have to keep applying to jobs manually. Huge scam, so don't waste your money.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We understand your concerns about the relevance of job recommendations, duplicate listings, and resume tailoring. Improving the quality of our job matching and personalization features remains a top priority, and feedback like yours helps us identify where we need to improve. We also recognize that our refund policy may not align with every customer's expectations. Our Money-Back Guarantee includes specific eligibility requirements, which are outlined in our Terms before purchase and are applied consistently to all users. We understand that this process can be frustrating, and we're continually reviewing how we communicate these policies to make them as clear as possible. In your case, we've processed with a refund in full. We appreciate your honest feedback and wish you success in finding the right opportunity.
Unclear subscription costs and renewal, and their customer service refused to issue a partial refund to me despite me explaining that I hadn’t used the service since the day I signed up and always intended to cancel. They only reversed the decision once I left a poor review here. You shouldn’t need to threaten bad reviews for a company to deliver adequate and empathetic customer service. Hopefully they learn a lesson from me keeping the review score as is.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling this way. We understand your concerns regarding subscription transparency and the refund process. We strive to communicate our billing terms clearly and to handle every support request fairly and consistently. At the same time, we recognize that we could have handled your situation better, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We're glad we were ultimately able to resolve your refund request, even though we regret that it took longer than it should have. Feedback like yours helps us improve both our policies and the way we communicate with our customers. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns, and we wish you all the best in your job search.
I needed to cancel my subscription. I was taken care of immediately.

This is a scam! Someone made this account just so you subscribe n they take your money. But this isn’t even a real thing, i paid already and it keeps telling me to subscribe again. It’s a scam!

I would give no stars. Is absolutely worthless. Gave me the exact same jobs on indeed and then renewed without any warning. Waste of money, time and effort. Recommend never using it !!
