Please know that it may take a few tries to figure out the best serving size for you individually. We recommend starting with four capsules of Oxy-Powder, but you may need to decrease that amount if you find it works a little "too well" for you. What you're trying to achieve is 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day. If you feel that you experience more than 5 bowel movements please reduce the amount of capsules you take by one or two until you achieve 3 to 5 bowel movements. If you find that this reduction is not as effective please try adding the juice of an organic lemon wedge to your water while taking the product. Also make sure to drink tons of water while taking Oxy-Powder, as it helps activate the product. It is hard to predict the exact number of capsules needed for proper cleansing since weight, previous dietary habits, exercise patterns, and stress levels have to be taken into account. Over time, you will find that you require less capsules to properly cleanse your body since your body will be less toxic. It is also important to note that Oxy-Powder® works with your body's HCl (stomach acid). If your level of HCl is below normal, it may hinder the effectiveness of the Oxy-Powder® cleanse requiring you to take more capsules than is needed. If you do not achieve 3-5 bowel movements within 3 days of taking Ox-Powder®, we suggest squeezing 1/2 of an organic lemon wedge into 8 ounces of purified water when taking Oxy-Powder® before bed.
