First time I ordered glasses online, my husband enjoys his glasses and we saved money!

It is now late June 2012. I ordered glasses in March. The came, they were wrong. Global apologized. I sent them back and ordered a new pair. When they arrived, they were also wrong. Same problem as the first: wrong PD and wrong left lens. I sent them back too. Got a refund, which was good. Then I got a complimentary pair, which was very gracious and these, thank goodness, are correct. But it took several months and countless emails to finally get a pair that I can wear. If everyone was in one central location then it would make things easier, but the reps are all over the globe and I have no idea where the glasses originate. They seem like nice and well-meaning people, but I will not order from them again.

The second pair are great and the trouble with first pair I have come realized in reordering the second pare was in my navigating there new web sight. They were always polite but responsive to my concerns. I will definitely order future glasses from them.

poor communication, terrible service, false promises, pretend delivery dates, uncertainty with all service reps...
