The end product turned out well but there were communication hiccups along the production journey

The animation I requested was a simple rotation of the logo. I was asked if the animators could use their discretion to which I agreed. The result was a bit overcomplicated for a "spinner" to indicate to website users that a background process was underway. The company personnel were diligent, courteous and communicated well.

The best part of our experience was working with Gia Miller. She was very patient and provided great insight. The worst part is that the backend web development was very slow. I would speak with Gia and make edits, but the development team would take days to make the updates and get back to me.
