I'm not even a customer.. Some one was able to make a transaction through this company by sending me a fake etsy message to my Etsy account. Then email with a link.. they extracted $133.27 from my bank. Using transak.com. Transak says they are not responsible.

Hello, I have a problem and I made a purchase for $5 but they told me it was a failure and they still charged me $5. How do I get it back? I don't know if you can contact me please.

This is a very poor and bad service. I am warning you if you see partnered with Transak while doing any transaction, do not use it, Transak is a fake service, I have not given Ethereum of 1000rs to these people. And customer service is also very poor, never use it. If you use it to reduce your loss, it will be better than using some other service.

This is a serious access ramp! The fees are reasonable, the transfers very fast. I recommend Global Transak for BitcoinSV BSV with great pleasure👍

I used this service for the past year with no problems. Recently I made a payment and the crypto was not delivered, I emailed them several times with no reply. I am guessing that they are scamming their users and looking to cash out at the end of this year. So be careful. Update: They returned the money after 6 days of back and forth emails.
