I am very disappointed with my experience ordering from Botslab. I placed an order for the Botslab Dash Cam G980H Multi-Channel (4 Cameras) along with the Hardwire Kit Type-C on October 25, 2025, through the official website global.botslab.com. Unfortunately, I never received the items I paid for. The tracking shows “Delivered, Left with Individual,” but the package was never delivered to me I immediately contacted Botslab’s support team, but they did not provide any effective help or communication to resolve the issue. My forwarding company confirmed no delivery was made, and USPS also has no record of it being handed to the correct person. This experience has been extremely frustrating — not only did I lose money, but I also did not receive the products I ordered. I hope Botslab takes customer delivery issues seriously and improves their after-sales support, because right now it feels like there is no accountability once the product leaves their warehouse.
