Really powerful builder for custom business apps. Becoming an all in one platform for Automations, AI integration and for managing all business data. Possible to build solutions internally for a business but to get the most value out of the platform it would be best to seek the help of their large community of affiliated and Certified Experts.

Signed up for Glide's utilities package, but the bills were higher than expected. Tried reaching out for clarification, but no response.

This review is about a different Glide. We do not provide utilities or a utilities package.
After being with glide for over about 2 years, my work heavily depends on their ever changing backend solution for my business. I seem to run into system lags quite often (5-10 times per year) which is a lot when you have clients to manage. Their support team and response rate is the absolute worst. I would give them an overall rating of 3.5 but because of their support, 2 stars. I am so frustrated with slow response companies like this is a major issues for people that are supposed to depend on your platform for managing their company!

Great tool enabling anyone to create complex applications with a really supportive and responsive community for extra support. Their exceptional (and rare!) loyalty to long term customers as the business model has changed over time is particularly invaluable to anyone trying to build products for social good and says everything about the ethos of the team

All issues were solved. Apps are still running.

Glide has been absolutely amazing for me and my organisation. The ability to create apps based on spreadsheets, with such versatility, relative ease and visually pleasing results have truly transformed the way we are managing our operations. The Flow team has been super helpful throughout the process, along with their amazing community of experts.

We subscribed to Glide's "Business" plan and are shocked by the outrageous pricing structure. A "Business" plan limited to a ridiculous 30 users while the cheaper "Maker" plan offers unlimited users? This is not only confusing but looks like a blatant scam! It feels like Glide is only out for profit and has no regard for its customers' needs. The additional $6 per user is simply outrageous! There are so many alternatives that offer more features and a fairer pricing structure. We definitely won’t be staying long and can’t recommend Glide to anyone. Stay away from this company! In Germany we say Money talks.

Very easy to use. Community (YouTube community as well) is super helpful. Service works well for most use cases. One star missing for workarounds required to get some things to work exactly right.
