Hi Ruvani, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the product did not provide the results you were hoping for and that you were left feeling frustrated with the refund process. We would like to reassure you that we absolutely stand by our 180-day Money-Back Guarantee and remain committed to honoring it. While many women experience positive results with our supplements, every woman's body chemistry, hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle are different, so results can naturally vary from person to person. After carefully reviewing our records, we can confirm that there are currently no unattended emails associated with your case, and the return instructions were previously sent to you via email. However, it's possible that our responses may have been delivered to your spam or junk folder. Hi Erin, Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that the supplements did not provide the weight loss results you were hoping for, although we’re glad they helped reduce your hot flashes. Since every woman’s hormones, metabolism, lifestyle, and body chemistry are different, results can naturally vary from person to person. While many women experience support with symptoms and weight management, we understand that not every supplement works the same way for everyone. We’re also sorry to hear about the menstrual changes you experienced. As we are not aware of each individual’s full medical history or underlying conditions, we always recommend consulting with a healthcare professional regarding cycle-related concerns or hormonal changes. Additionally, we’d like to clarify that our customers are assisted by real human support agents, not AI responses. Our team had reached out to learn more about your goals and symptoms so we could better understand your experience and recommend the most suitable support for your needs. We truly appreciate you giving our products a try and sharing your honest feedback with us.

Hi Karen, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that the supplements did not provide the weight loss results you were hoping for, although we’re glad to hear they helped with some of your menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes. The regular serving size for Over 30 Hormone Support is 2 capsules daily, and countless women have experienced positive weight loss results while following the standard serving recommendation. However, every woman’s body, hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle are different, so results can vary from person to person. Some women with more stubborn symptoms or specific wellness goals may choose to increase their serving size, but this is completely optional and not required for effectiveness. We apologize if this recommendation caused any confusion. We truly appreciate you giving our products a try, and we would love to learn more about your journey, review your routine more closely, and see how we may better assist and support you moving forward. 💕
