I was a little nervous at first bc I always read reviews before buying anything, I thought the website was secure .. Everything went smoothly .. The only problem was that they had a delay on the glasses but I received them and they are really high quality .. I will buy from them again if I had too .. Overall it was good!!!

Ordered sunglasses and then a few days later they emailed me that they were out of stock. Poor way to keep customers.

They say they have the product on web. After you order the product you will receive a email saying the product is coming from Europe; they don't know when you will receive It!

Purchase glasses a week ago, received an email today saying my glasses are being shipped from Europe and will take at LEAST another two weeks before they receive them, and then process and ship them to me.... Why sell me a product you don't have? I could have purchased from a different site and received them already. Don't waste your time with site. Not professional!!!

I read a couple of the negative reviews about delays so I contacted the chat service available. I asked all the questions that I had concerns about and I felt that the person was professional and honest. I asked her if my lenses were in stock with their supplier and she assured me they were. I also asked what would cause the delays that people complained about and she said that some frames were at overseas suppliers but my frames were not. Im hoping the rest of my experience goes this well! Update: I received my glasses and have been extremely satisfied! I received my glasses in under 2 weeks and they are exactly what I ordered. I would highly recommend!

The lie about shipping times as they stock from Europe. So when they say 1 - 4 days processing time - they mean a month without letting customers know. They will later send you an email saying the glasses are on the wrong continent and this is causing a delay of up to 15 days. Also they will make you jump through hoops if paying with a debt card if the shipping address and the banking address is not the same. This is not shown on the website. Overall a bad experience with the call centre. Friendly but not helpful.

I was very excited to find Glassesonweb.com. Product selection is unbelievable. My all family use glasses and I found great styles for everyone at a fraction of a cost that you will pay at the doctors office. Customer service is knowledgeable and professional. I was updated about the status of my order constantly. Shipping time is half of what they advise. From now on this is my number 1 site for glasses for all of my family. Thank you !!!!!!

Worse shipping ever, been already 2 weeks and they still haven't ships out my order. I contacted them few times and they all said the same thing, sorry for the delays... I would rate this website 0 star if I can.
