Frames are in poor condition! I would like my money returned.

The eye glasses frame that I thought it’s new was actually used and I received it in the most dirty and filled with grime condition ! It’s worse than any pair that I discarded! I think it’s very unethical to sell something in such a poor condition!

The glasses are chipped in the corner and can't where them that way they are defected I'd like to return them I live in Vegas I can bring them in pls I've called and left messages no response 3147079253

I am trying to return a pair of sun glasses and no one can tell me how to do it . I would like to exchange them for another pair . No one is being helpful at all. They have no damage and it has been 5 days since I received them.

Wrong size of frames. I needed a bigger size. Not kids size.

I was sent the wrong glasses frame. I ordered the GG0274OJ-001-55 for $137.35. But I got the GG0278O 001 53-15-145 instead. I so don't know when I will more of the GG0274OJ -001 -55 will be in stock.

The worst company ever

If I could give a negative number I would. Sent me the wrong frames and trying to return them....well I am still trying with no luck at all.
