Glasses.com is a joke. Seriously, the customer service is horrible, trying to find information about insurance claims/benefits is terrible, they charge you the full price and "submit a claim to insurance" for you when they ship, except when they don't and they play stupid. You have no idea what the real price is with insurance, and then get a run around after the order is placed. Ridiculous.

I was going to give a low rating but I have to be honest with you guys! This company emailed me again after the fact and told me that they could in fact replace my glasses with the correct size frame! That meant that I would not have to go through a bunch of stuff to get the glasses I so desperately needed! I was thrilled! The agent I got on the phone was informative and professional. She knew what to do explained everything to me and set everything up. She made it so easy and I had the Best experience ever! Thank you

Easy to order on the website using insurance. Glasses are a perfect fit. Delivery was fast which was good because I had broken my previous pair of glasses.

The “Sync Insurance” tool did not always work properly. There were multiple instances where the site was unable to verify my insurance plan, even after several attempts
