Don’t get the first order for over a month kept trying to call and only got AI which was no help . Sent email and whoever answered was so helpful! You shipped them UPS this time and I recieved no problem Don’t know what happened with the fedex in Houston but I know the mail theft here is terrible and it’s been by employees So again thank you for resending and the person who assisted I am hearing impaired and read lips so these are great

Customer service was great until the replacement pair they sent me still had a lens defect. After the second mistake they will only refund you and not work to replace the defect. I do not recommend generic lenses at least. They did take my insurance and their prices are good.

The sunglass I received have a OS cylindrical value of -0.69. My prescription is +0.69. Since I am not able to call up my order I do not know if it is my mistake or yours. In any event I have a pair of sunglasses I cannot use. Disappointed.
