They shipped a cello that was not playable it had $350 worth of manufacturing defects. They refused to respond to my multiple requests to return the cello for a refund!!

Piano broke after 4 weeks of ownership. Glarry wanted to send me a new motherboard and put it in myself which is ridiculous. It seems that these motherboard are a known problem. I would avoid at this stage.

j'ai demandé par mail ( pas de téléphone) un renseignement sur un produit; je n'ai jamais eu de réponse; de plus, je soupçonne l'adresse d'être bidon car Google Earth montre le numéro de la rue au milieu d'un rond point;

Ordered keyboard. Dispatched quickly. To be honest the first one went missing due to rubbish delivery company leaving it in a hedge somewhere. 10/10 for customer service from Garry Music as they quickly dispatched a replacement.

been waiting nearly 2 weeks for delivery of a bass guitar . been sent by evri now they are saying its too big to deliver so need specialist delivery , they have had it for two weeks you would of thought they would of realised that before . Wont use again while they use evri

The one thing this company has going for it is its ability to sell an inexpensive piano. The keyboard works well for about two weeks to a month, if you're lucky. It all started when middle C stopped working. I thought, "Well, that kind of sucks since it's such an important key," but I kept playing. Then another key stopped working, then another, and eventually the entire lower register stopped working. When I reached out to customer support, they basically told me, "Sorry, we can't help you." So now I'm out $200 and need to buy a new keyboard. Just know that if you purchase one of their keyboards, you'll probably end up having to buy another one. I'd recommend spending or saving a little more and buying a used Yamaha instead.

Horrible customer service and digital piano is cheap. They say it has weighted keys but when you play a key there is a delay. It is a cheap keyboard in a cute cabinet.
