Clar was very patient and helpful. I was having issues with Wix and she was able to easily walk me thru editing so I could add my domain to Givebutter.

I’m new to using Givebutter, and I have to say the customer service has been outstanding. From the very beginning, every interaction has been helpful, friendly, and patient. They’ve taken the time to answer my questions clearly and guide me through each step, which has made a big difference in getting comfortable with the platform. It’s refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares and follows through. I really appreciate the support so far!

I am a website designer and have several non-profit clients setup on Givebutter; some we even continue to assist regularly. Givebutter has been a huge blessing to all of them. Givebutter's support has always been quick to respond, very helpful, they've given specific guidance on how to find what we need or how to change what we need to. One of my clients has utilized support with migrating their contacts and data over from a different platform. Givebutter helped them tremendously. That client provided a great deal of feedback as they went through that challenging transition. Nonetheless, Givebutter was great at guiding them, hearing them out, and doing their best to understand my client's needs, as well as pass along any feedback to their team to make Givebutter even better. That client has already seen some of their feedback implemented. All of us are extremely grateful for Givebutter. Thank you Givebutter, for all you do, for making a platform that is easy to use, and for having amazing support. We are very appreciative of this platform!
