I’ve paid 70€ ( 120$) for an account in which I’ve never received. Really slow replies on Instagram not much help figuring out why I haven’t received the account information yet

Never said ANYTHING about not being able to have a black and white profile picture, contacted support and they had just charged me. Not even thinking about the people who struggle, like me, and it's in dollars, my currency isn't dollars. I don't condone this. I should be able to change my profile picture ONCE for free without waiting a week if I have a real issue. Which I do, there was no Information to say you can't have a certain profile picture. Please be aware of this foolery they use. Not happy at all. I also got banned for speaking up about this. The support team is absolutely foolery, they do not help with even a crumb. I'm quite pissed off with this USELESS support team. Please be so aware of the servers you're joining.
