I was impressed the ornament came quickly and it's cute, but it arrived broken. I have emailed customer service twice with no response! I contacted the company from an advertisement and again, STILL Waiting for some kind of response!

This website is a SCAM. My order was never delivered and when I reached out for an update on its location I was told that no tracking updates can be provided. Over a month later nothing has reached to me, and I would like a refund.. waiting to see if they ever get back to me …DO NOT RECOMMEND

Entire order was misprinted, but received ZERO help for customer service. Problem unresolved.

Hello Tye, We’re truly sorry for the printing mistake on your tote bags. This was entirely our error, and we completely understand your frustration. We’ll remake your order with the correct capitalization and send out the replacements as soon as possible. I previously wrote a bad review in regards to greasy fingerprints on a tumbler I purchased. The company was quick to respond to my review, but not so quick to respond to my emails, that they told me to send. Now I've gotten a charge for $9.10 from USPS because this company sent 2 packages with the same label. Meaning they didn't want to pay for 2 separate boxes so I got billed for it even though it was supposed to be free shipping. That's basically defrauding the USPS. Good job Giftshire. Way to be a terrible company. I'm sure they'll come on with a concerned response about not knowing what I'm talking about but that's not factual. Don't waste your time with this company.

You shouldn't market Valentine gifts and then not deliver them by Valentine's day; using the post office is a recipe for disaster, and I had to apologize to my sweetheart for her gift not arriving in time to give it to her on Valentine's Day.
