Placed an order for a get well basket. The manufacturer, NOT Gift Baskets Plus, sent the wrong item. Customer service resent the proper item which Priority Mail lost. Spoke to owner Paul who really made it right! Thank you Paul, I will order from you again!

The basket I ordered looked bigger online, but still was nice. I also didn't receive a confirmation by email when I ordered, so I wasn't sure the order went through at first.

Basket arrived on time, in upscale packaging, filled with special fresh chocolates. Great gift basket.

I paid for next day shipping ($40.00 Extra) on a Wednesday and didn't receive the package until Late the following Sunday. The product was great, but it was a waste of $40.00 for the shipping.

I do marketing for my company and ordered two of these baskets to give away at health fairs. Everyone that sees them comments about how "neat" they are and asks where I got them. They are a "hot item" and I will be ordering more in the future.

I have 4 kids and ordered the same gift basket for all 4. They ended up sending 3 of what i ordered and 1 different one wtihout asking me or notifying me. It was a surprise to all of us. One of my kids felt left out and I felt terribly.
