Had this song made for Father’s Day. It was a perfect gift. The company made sure to work on getting it to me on time. Overall experience went well. They had a person chat with me (or their bot) and we got it all done right away. Definitely recommend for any loved one!

Customer service is beyond incredible but I lost my song and video again for the second time off their site. The first time they got it back but I had to upload pictures again. Thank goodness they allowed me to download the song off their site because today I discovered it was gone again! They have a lot of glitches to fix. Not sure I’d trust them yet.

I ordered a custom song from GiftaSong for my mother and it turned out perfect. The vocals, lyrics, and overall emotion were exactly what I hoped for. It made her really happy and she literally cried, listening to the sacrifices she has made for us. Definitely worth every single penny.
