Dear Don, I hope this message finds you well. I'd like to begin by thanking you for your recent purchase, and I sincerely appreciate your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the blanket you received. Your feedback is valuable to us as it helps us improve our products and services. I understand that you found the product to be of poor quality and smaller than expected. I'd like to address this concern by explaining that the size you received, 30"x40", is one of the available options for our blankets. In addition to this size, we offer larger sizes, specifically 50"x60" and 60"x80". It appears there might have been some confusion in selecting the desired size during the ordering process, which could explain the smaller size you received. We strive to provide clear information about our product options on our website to help customers make informed choices. However, it seems there was a misunderstanding in your case, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your feedback is vital to us, and we take your comments seriously. We will use this information to improve our product descriptions and the overall shopping experience we provide to our valued customers. If there is anything specific you would like to discuss or if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist and ensure your satisfaction. Once again, I apologize for any disappointment you experienced, and I hope we can have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Thank you for considering our products, and I wish you all the best.
