Ghost ControlsReviews of ghostcontrols.com

The Jury is still out on the Ghost Controls Equipment, still not sure how long it will last. The one thing good to say is their Customer Service Rep, Ms Jackson is a Star above the rest in her knowledge, willingness to help and make things right. So easy to deal with and her solution to some problems we had with their well named Zombie lock which died real early banging itself to death trying to close. The solution is a much better design and is working fine. Thank you Ms Jackson you're the Best!

Total dog shit , unreliable af

Absolutely terrible Customer Service. Would not recommend this product.

Tough product to deal with. Problems with losing our keys due to the multi-connect pos product is beyond frustrating, having to reset all keys for all users, and it keeps happening (3rd time now). Why does this pos lose it's keys?!?!? Who knows. Can you save them? Nope, too stupid of a unit to save the keys so you can reset the pos, restore the keys, and move on... Sick of dealing with this unit.

Three months old multiply problems. Customer service??? don't call they never answer. Just set up a call back online for next week see if that works. so far two blown fuses gate never closed in the same spot sometimes opened okay sometimes would stop during travel and start back up. Now doesn't work at all. Update 7/29/2026 They called back per schedule confirmed problem and sent new motor quickly, they need to change recording.

3 years and 3 months, thats how long the arm lasted. The housing broke in half, arm went to wobbling and wollered out the screw part on the arm. After 1 year We had problems with the phone app. Support said it was my phone, except my 3 sons live on my property and my mother, nobodies phone worked. Had to reset the system, delete all keys and assign new keys. I lubed it once a month with white lithium including the gate hinges. It was decent for 3 years. If you want a lifetime gate go with one of the higher quality companies. Support is dodgeful at best, and warranty is up to 24 months.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU LIVE ANYWHERE ON EARTH WITH WEATHER

Ben at Ghost Controls provided outstanding customer support. He spent over an hour patiently walking me through troubleshooting steps and helped me fully resolve the issue. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to making sure everything worked correctly were exceptional. It’s rare to find support this thorough and committed. Highly recommend Ghost Controls and especially Ben for their excellent service.
