Tried to redeem a small amount of $$, a whopping $12 and its been pending for 2 weeks now.... In that 2 weeks, I honestly don't know how many times i've successfully submitted the verification documents but its got to be at least 10. For whatever reason my account still shows verification failed, although they started to process my WD +have my banking info etc, which is why the WD shows as pending.
