Hi Jody, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’d like to clarify that we currently do not have any order on file under your name in our system. We are also aware that another entity has been operating using a name similar to ours, and we are actively taking steps to have this addressed and taken down, as it does not represent our company or our practices. Because of this, it’s possible your experience may not be related to our business. We kindly ask that you double-check the company name on your order confirmation or payment receipt so we can better understand where the purchase was made. If you do locate any order details that reference Ultra Hearing Aids directly, we would be more than happy to review them and assist further. Regards, Ultra Hearing Aids Support Team
