I've been using Sunday for at least 4 years now. It's been an amazing product with fantastic results. I constantly have people walking by ask what I do to have such a thick and healthy lawn. It's easy to use but you have to time well with the weather. I will never go back to the bags of fertilizer again. Sunday has worked so much better and it's infinitely safer to use too.

This is simple, inexpensive and it works. I've been a subscriber for many years and my lawn is always lush and healthy. It's a no brainer, you just open the app and it tell you what to apply and when, eazy peazy

What went wrong? The company decided to charge me $309 for product that I had not yet gotten, I had gotten the trial spray but apparently they don't even give it time to see if it works, instead they charge you and don't even tell you until the day that they charge you, which is approximately only two weeks, they don't send any reminders or bother to give the product time to show results, and as of today nothing has changed except they charged more money, then when I requested a cancellation and a refund, it didn't happen. Apparently you can't get one because they claim that it's 'tailored' to my yard, which cannot be true since a soil sample has not even been returned, which is part of the trial sample. When I called they wouldn't give me a manager/supervisor, claiming that they would just tell me the same thing, I still requested to speak to one then they said they can submit a 'ticket' for me and then they would 'get back' to me, which is probably also a lie. I am so tired of companies or even supervisors hired to handle these kinds of calls and don't do their job, instead they want you to 'submit a ticket' or they will call you on THEIR time like your JUST NOT IMPORTANT OOH but they are SOOOO quick to take that money for something that doesn't work. As of today I did not get a refund, and if I don't that will only give me permission to tell every social media site or any site that takes complaints about this incident.

We’re really sorry for the frustration here. We know unexpected charges, delays around refunds, and feeling unheard when trying to get support can create a pretty awful experience, and that’s not what we want for anyone trusting us with their lawn. Our plans are customized using your lawn details and regional data even before the soil sample returns, but we understand why that felt confusing given the timing. We’d still like the chance to make this right and take another look at your account and refund request with our support team. Reach out to our team and reference this review and we can get you taken care of!
Sign up process was easy, their new app makes like even easier. Great subscription for any novice home owner!

I've been a customer for 3 years and Sunday has transformed my yard. This stuff isn't something I'm good at but Sunday makes me feel like a pro. No more buying the wrong stuff and doing more harm than good.

After their so-called “customized” lawn care program, I was given the wrong seeds, destroying years of hard work. Their weed control was awful, their customer service full of empty promises. Save your money and hire a local company.

We’re really sorry to hear this. Putting years into a lawn only to feel like a new program set it backward is incredibly frustrating, especially when the results and support didn’t match expectations. Our seed recommendations are based on region, climate, and lawn conditions, but we know there’s nothing “custom” about an experience that leaves you disappointed. We’d still love the chance to review what was sent and help figure out what happened so we can make things right where we can.
I used this lawn care product for a year, and all I got was more weeds. While neighbors on either side of me did nothing, and their lawns looked better. I followed their recommendations to a T, and purchased everything suggested. This is expensive stuff for not working. On a side note, they do have great marketing. Their ads and commercials make you believe that their products will make your lawn look green and lush. It’s a shame they don’t work.

We’re really sorry this was your experience, especially after sticking with the program and following the recommendations so closely. Lawn results can vary a lot based on things like grass type, climate, mowing, watering, and existing weed pressure, but after a full year, we understand why you expected to see a healthier lawn and fewer weeds. And fair point on the marketing, we’re definitely enthusiastic lawn nerds over here, but the products still need to deliver in the real world. We’d love the chance to take a closer look at your lawn history and see what may have gone sideways so we can help however we can.
I started using this system for my lawn last 2 years ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have A LOT of grass and it was in need of help when I moved in. I have dogs and kids so I needed something that was safe and non pollutant. I can’t recommend this brand enough!
