Rotor is the complete software package for running a recurring revenue home service business. It combines CRM, field service management (FSM), lead capture tools, automations, business analytics, integrations, two-way SMS, email and marketing campaigns in one platform, so owners don't have to juggle disconnected apps.Rotor is built for window washing, home cleaning, pest control, pressure washing and other route-based services. It's designed around how recurring businesses actually grow: winning a customer once and keeping them on the schedule for years.Rotor tracks every lead from online forms through to the first booked job. Teams can call, text and email customers from inside Rotor, and every conversation is saved to the customer's record. The scheduler handles both one-time and recurring jobs and service plans, and a shared price book keeps quotes the same across the team. Service plan agreements put the terms of recurring work in writing, so customers know exactly what they're signing up for.Customers get their own portal where they can see upcoming visits and pay invoices online. Technicians stay connected in the field with the Rotor mobile app, and built-in payroll calculation works out what each technician is owed for the work they complete. Automations send follow-ups, reminders and renewals, and campaigns bring back past customers to fill the calendar.Business analytics show owners where their revenue comes from and how the team is performing. Switching is simple too: Rotor can import customers, jobs, service plans and invoice history from systems like Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan.Rotor helps home service businesses save time, keep customers longer and build predictable recurring revenue.

Rotor is by far the most user friendly CRM I’ve used. I tried a few different CRMs before switching to Rotor, and it’s been a great fit for my business. The team is great and always very responsive. They’re open to feedback and suggestions on how to improve the platform. I’d highly recommend Rotor to anyone looking for an easy to use CRM with a supportive team behind it.

THank you!
Everything about the system is awesome. The owners are very genuine and even from when I joined made so many upgrades, new hires on their team, and improvements. They want the best for all their users and show it. The system itself has everything you need, easy service agreements that are customizable, automations for reviews and texts, campaigns which I recently had claude setup through their api connection and sold 8 Christmas lights in early October within a couple days. That's another thing, it's not just for window cleaners or cleaning companies. Any business that needs service agreements, d2d sales, or is just looking for an easy/reliable crm can't go wrong with rotor.

Thanks so much! We're trying to give the full package for sure!
Rotor is really the go to for window cleaning businesses. They’re customizable service plans fester is second to none. It makes planning multiple visits with different services each visit super easy. You can plan a window cleaning in the spring, pressure washing in the summer and rain gutter cleaning in the fall. Charge after job completion or get them on a monthly payment plan. Super customizable.

Appreciate it! Let us know if there is anything we can improve!
I switched my window cleaning company to Rotor this fall and run everything through it now, scheduling, recurring service plans, invoicing, and customer texting. What stands out most is the support. Sean has personally dug into my account whenever I have needed help, kept me updated the whole way through, and even test-texted from my business number himself to help track something down. You can tell they actually care about getting things right. That kind of support is rare.

Rotor has been the biggest upgrade I've made to my business ever... I have saved uncountable amounts of time since switching to rotor. Automations, workflows, simplicity, functionality. Everything is great. I love the team too, very nice guys that love feedback and act on it too. I have recommended Rotor to many friends and will continue to. Huge fan!
