Our office is very new (one day lol) to RentCheck and I needed to ask a question. So I used the chat button which says someone gets back to you within 20 min and was totally surprised and elated that someone answered right away! LOVE IT!! Jack was so helpful in answering my questions and setting up buildings and inspections! Thanks so much and really excited to try our first team inspection today!

They were able to retrieve a inspection that had been deleted and saved the agent hours of having to go back and redo.

The team is always fantastic to deal with! We've been with RentCheck for a couple of years now. I like the growth and changes. They really listen to the property managers... we are the ones in the field and know what we need and like. The Flash report option is awesome feature. I like the several options of the reports and the dashboard is a really nice addition.

They were able to replicate my problem and could not solve it and forwarded it to the dev team. Emmy followed up and gave me a work around solution to download the report that I needed. She is AWESOME!! Thank you! -Laurie

There are some features I would love to see in future updates to the app. But whenever we have encountered an issue for our particular business model, the RentCheck team (Brett Perry and Jack from the online chat) have been so helpful in finding a custom solution for us. Excellent team, excellent product, will be even better with some tweaks for customization!
