Staff was prompt at clarifying that accidentally reopening the inspection and submitting it at a later date would not nullify the original date of completion, and that they would provide documentation should the property managers ask. As a renter, I feel safe and assured that they've got my back. Either way, thank god for the timeline feature! The only thing I can think of to improve the app would be that it would be good to make it harder to reopen a completed inspection to prevent users from misclicking and accidentally prolonging the timeline, especially if it were taking the inspection due date into consideration.
