Rella is where social media teams actually get their work done. Built for agencies, in-house managers, and creators juggling multiple brands, Rella replaces the scattered spreadsheets, sticky notes, and app-switching with one organized home for planning, collaborating, scheduling, and reporting.Manage unlimited clients and accounts without unlimited tools. Build out content calendars, assign work, gather feedback, and carry ideas through to publish—all in the same workspace. Approval workflows keep clients and stakeholders in the loop, and scheduling puts every post live exactly when you intend it to be.Ella, Rella's built-in AI content partner, works alongside your team—not instead of it. She helps brainstorm ideas, draft captions, and shape campaign strategy, so you move faster without losing the voice that makes your content yours.Rella was founded by Natalie Barbu, a former creator who built the platform hand-in-hand with the social media managers who'd actually use it every day. That's why it feels less like software built for social media, and more like software built by people who've lived it—automation where it helps, and room for creativity everywhere else.Solo manager, growing agency, or multi-brand in-house team: Rella keeps the work organized, the collaboration clear, and the results measurable—all in one place.

I absolutely love Rella! As a SMM managing multiple accounts, it’s super easy to keep everything in order. I also love the tutorials and how there’s a video and article explaining everything. A site that’s easy to navigate makes my job so much easier!

It’s the best platform we’ve used bar none. It has everything we need and I can’t see how any other could better it

Hi John! Thanks so much for sharing your experience with Rella. We're happy to be an all-in-one solution.
Rella used to be a decent tool, and I genuinely wanted to keep using it, but recently it has become really hard to rely on. It feels like they’ve grown faster than their team can properly handle. The platform now has constant bugs, posting issues, account connection problems, and random glitches that make it feel unstable and poorly maintained. As an agency owner, this is the last thing I need. I use software to reduce stress, not to create more chaos. A scheduling tool is supposed to be reliable. That is literally the whole point. If I have to constantly check whether posts actually went out, reconnect accounts, chase support, explain delays to clients, and worry about the software breaking again, then what am I even paying for? I’ve used tools like Buffer, Metricool, Later, and Hootsuite, and I haven’t had this many recurring problems with basic functionality. Support also used to be quicker, but now replies can take 2–3 days, even for simple issues. When bigger problems happen, communication is also poor. They don’t properly explain what is happening while users are stuck. They just wait until things are fixed and then come back with some “it should be working now” message, as if that makes up for the disruption. At this stage, I would not recommend Rella to any serious agency or business. It feels unfinished, unreliable, and badly supported. Maybe they were good when they were smaller, but right now they clearly are not ready to handle the product they are trying to sell.
