I've been getting monthly orders of Proper sleep supplements for several months with no issues. But, the order I received today was wrong, and I can't get in touch with them. Emails to their addresses come back as undeliverable and the phone number does not work. I'll be calling my credit card company to make sure they cannot bill me anymore.

This company is a total fraud. The product worked, but all of a sudden they stopped shipping the product and customer service won't engage to solve the issue. I have three orders pending shipment. I had to call my credit card to dispute the charge and block them from continuing to charge me.
