Great service to have

Was getting false notifications of The door opening. Notion sent me a magnet to put by the device and it seems to be operating accurately now.

The app and devices are working well. Good design.

Great product, also great customer service

Pleasantly surprised with Notion customer support. One of my Gen2 sensors was draining its battery too fast, so I was contacted by support (without even asking) to tell me that they will be willing to send me a new sensor for free. I received a new Gen3 sensor, but was not compatible with my bridge, so they sent me a new Gen3 bridge, so I could use the new sensor. Amazing customer support.

I’d give six stars if I could, I’ve never in my life had a company proactively troubleshoot an issue with a product. Notion delivered me a new sensor when one of mine was failing and I didn’t even have to ask for help!

The only issue I have had is with notifications. When using the Samsung Always On display notifications didn't come through until I opened the screen. I did report that before so it might be fixed by now. Otherwise its great not needing a hub and the sensors are pretty reliable. Also the flexibility is great.
