This is most unprofessional training companies and they are NOT Authorized PMP Trainers as they claim on their website. They collected the entire fee upfront including training and PMP exam. Its been almost an year and so no exam voucher provided. They give lame excuses such as PMP Exam vouchers are expired.

0/5 Stars – Complete Lack of Accountability and False Promises I paid my fees in full in February 2026, and after eight months, my exam has still not been scheduled. Whenever a slot is supposedly booked, they cancel at the last minute—often on the exam day itself—claiming there is a technical issue with PMI. For my scheduled slot in June, they failed to even send the link/confirmation email, causing me to miss it completely. Once they have your money, the staff becomes completely unresponsive. Support tickets are met with generic, nonsensical excuses that resolve nothing. I am still fighting to either get an exam date or receive a full refund. Do not trust them with your money or professional certifications—save yourself the harassment and go elsewhere.

**Disappointing Experience with GetMyPath** I paid GetMyPath in full in May for PMP training and exam-related services. Since June, I have been repeatedly following up, but nearly five months later, my exam voucher and booking remain unresolved. Despite numerous emails, I have received no concrete solution or definite timeline. The repeated delays and vendor-related excuses are unacceptable and have delayed an important professional certification. **I strongly recommend that prospective customers thoroughly verify the refund policy, exam booking process, payment status, and voucher issuance process before making full payment.** My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope GetMyPath takes accountability and provides a concrete resolution.

Weeks of follow-ups for a PMP exam booking that’s already paid for, with no response from email, WhatsApp, or calls. And I’m seeing other people raising the same issues This is not customer support. This is how companies end up with bad reviews and lose customer trust.

**Avoid enrolling without doing thorough research. This has been my personal experience with Get My Path.** I enrolled with **Get My Path** in **November 2024** and completed the PMP training in **December 2024**. I paid **₹32,000**, which included: * PMP Training * PMP Exam Registration * Complimentary Scrum Master Course Unfortunately, the commitments made during enrollment were never fulfilled. **My experience:** * I requested PMP exam booking in **May 2025**, but was informed that no slots were available. * I was later promised that my exam would be be booked in **August 2025**, but nothing happened. * I continued following up throughout **September, October, and November 2025** with no resolution. * When I requested a refund, I was assured that the exam would definitely be booked in **December 2025**, but that commitment was also not fulfilled. * The complimentary Scrum Master course that was part of the package was never provided. After losing confidence in the process, I requested a refund. The refund experience has been equally disappointing. **Refund timeline:** * March 31 – I was informed that the finance team had processed my refund. * April 21 – I was again told the refund had been processed. * April 30 – I was asked to reconfirm my bank account details. * Even after repeated follow-ups, I have still not received my refund. Throughout this process, I communicated with multiple representatives, including Amy, Ankitha, and Kathrine. Unfortunately, despite repeated assurances, the issue remains unresolved. My concern is not just the financial loss, but the repeated commitments that were never honored. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend enrolling with Get My Path until these issues are addressed and the organization demonstrates transparency, timely communication, and accountability. During my interactions, I also connected with several other candidates who shared experiences similar to mine. I encourage prospective students to conduct thorough research, speak with recent students, and review independent feedback before enrolling."

I don't know why trust pilot still approve fake reviews on this company when there a lot of people getting scammed by them. These people are very unprofessional and fraudsters. They just take money and does not provide any promised services. They took money a year back and offered a bare minimum classes and haven't refund my money yet. When it comes to refund their bank account doesn't work but when you have to pay it always work. Shamelessly every two months they email to take down the reviews saying do that you'll get refund but everytime it's always a lie. Serious advice to people if you like scammers gp ahead and trust pilot allowing people to get scammed entertain this..

Only the trainer I got assigned was luckily good-Mr Rakesh Pant. Rest it’s a bullshit company. Do not rely on any promises, they just want you to deposit the fees and get stuck with them. They even do not issue the training certificate after the training completion, unless you submit a positive review. They only issue the certificate when you share the screenshot of your review. At the time of signing up they mentioned a fee for enrolling for the exam, but later they increased the fee when the training was completed and we needed to appear for the certification exam. I heard a Lot of other painful stories from all my batchmates. Avoid! They will trap you ! ————————— The trainer was very good and accommodating. Trainer, Mr Rakesh Pant is a very senior professional with 30+ years of experience, and has a impeccable hold on the subject matter.

One of the worst Institute they will only support you till the sales is done and will try to extort money, i am a victim and has observed multiple people facing the same issue. Please save your money and put to some other institute. I was scammed and my days just gone to waste. I am a part of there PMP course and not given any Pdu certificate and trying to extort more money, even the class wont start as per there scheduled time, Kavya is the agent who is harassing me personally now.
