I was surprised at the ease and the amount of time it took to prepare and file my deed. Everything was done online, from the preparation to the notary. I am not technologically savvy, but the representative's step by step instructions made it amazingly easy for me. I will recommend this source to others. Thank you

Lady Bird deed trust is excellent in estate planning. It is done online and is straightforward and easy to do. Great customer service if you need any help with fast replies. I love the fact that it gets notarized online with you and one witness and then it is sent to the courts. With this Lady Bird Deed Trust, you avoid probate. Property goes straight to whomever you designate when you pass.

The process was straight forward, we emailed our new information and filled out the form as instructed. We used Zoom to notarize and witness our signatures. We received our recorded Lady Bird deed in a timely manner. Be aware of an extra charge for the second witness unless you have one present. This was a very satisfactory experience.
