I was scammed by this company. Their product is manufactured in China, but it was delayed. I received a notification that the item was shipped to me, but the tracking number was a fake and it was never shipped. I waited about two months while continuing to attempt to reach out to customer service but it’s they have completely disappeared. Stay away from this company.

Can’t give 0 stars so they have to have a 1. They do not advertise that they do not cover the import duty so expect to pay another 40-50% on top of the price they advertise. Go to a reputable UK company.

Stay clear of this company, they offer FREE delivery worldwide, but then FAIL to pay the import duty, leaving you to do so! This is at least underhand, and also illegal, and at worse this ends up almost being a scam! I have refused to pay the unpaid import duty (that they should have paid) and therefore I will not be getting the goods I purchased. I have rejected them, and informed the company, but as others have mentioned, I'm getting the run-around, so I have started a PayPal claim against them for non-delivery, breach of contract and false advertising. You have been warned.... Update: Wow, over 5 years to reply to my review, and also for them to flag it as containing harmful/illegal content, what? What I wrote was factual and fair at the time of ordering (look at the many other 1 star reviews). As to import duty there was no mention of that not being paid by them on their site (most other international companies either include this in the price, or explicitly state that import duties are not included), or on the checkout page or the order emails they sent, so their statement is at the very least disingenuous…

Shipping is indeed free worldwide, but customs duties are not included and are determined by your country’s import regulations. These fees are always the responsibility of the receiver, as we aren’t legally allowed to pre-pay or control them on your behalf. Kind regards, The KeySmart Team
One star is too high a rating for this company. They wont answer the phone, email, anything!!! Maybe the folks who gave them decent ratings here got their product through amazon ornsomething similar, but the Keysmart company themselves have HORRIBLE customer service.

Bis heute ist der bestellte Artikel trotz umgehender Zahlung nicht geliefert worden.Laut Sendungsverfolgung soll die Adresse falsch sein. Die Hausnummer ist am Haus genauso wie mein Name sichtbar angebracht.
