Lock works fine, video feed takes long enough to start up that it often misses delivery persons walking past the door, deadbolt core (key override) is very low security.

For the amount of money this product is we shouldn't have the issues that we have. We have to hit the lock button multiple times to lock the door or we use the key. But we wanted to not have to use the key.

I live in Illinois. I love the all in one feature it has. Humidity and cold are not its thing. Customer service is great though. Definitely needs some upgrades to keep up here. Worth the money if only the wheater was nicer for it.
