Excellent customer service by JeAnne and Julia with a quick response and resolution to my problem.

Julia was great, I hit the wrong color on my order and didn’t notice until after I hit send. I sent an email and she corrected my mistake before my order was sent. Great customer service!

The pendant is a great product tested on a two month airstream trip across the country this spring! We needed to contact customer service and Patrick and Julia helped us with questions and concerns. They have made us happy customers of Furlife for life!

I am so impressed with the customer service I received. Quick response and a super outcome. I love your products and have purchased many. I have 5 cats, (all recuse) a blue heeler, we took from an unsafe setting. We also have 5 horses and a donkey. I am Very happy with the products, and the response I got when I did have a problem. Customer Service for FurLife is top notch. I had an issue with a duplicate order, and Julia refunded my extra order within just a few hours. They’re products are great, as well!

Fur Life has been great and true to their word. I was the person who damaged my ordered Flea & Tic Pendant while I was cutting the packaging. I then wrote to FurLife and was requesting a new one Julia wrote back to letting me know that She was having another one sent to me Free Off Charge! True to her words a new one arrived! I was happy, satisfied ( I really didn’t Think I would get for free, after all it was my fault! One good deed deserves another. My way is by word of mouth!
