I am a first time customer looking for healthier flea/tick options for our dogs. Decided i would give Furlife a try. Our order ended up with the wrong shipping address somehow. I didn't notice until after it had shipped. I reached out through email and Julia was awesome. She created a secondary order with the correct address within hours of me sending my email off. Great customer service! Thanks so much Julia! ****update*** We've had the product for over a month now and couldn't be happier. It's high tick and flea season right now in the Midwest and we can say with confidence that the product works! Very Pleased.

Well, I did have some high hopes for this. Being all natural i was excited for both my fur babies! My 4lbs Yorkie and my 85lbs rough collie. Guess not DOES NOT WORK!!! I live on a acre of wood surrounded our. Plus sprayed back yard where they are. Found tick after tick on both of them. Very disappointed. Spend 70$ on citronella smelling collars.

When I received my pendent and found it broken. I contacted customer service and had a response in less then 24 hours, after sending a picture of the defective product,they had arranged for a new one to be shipped. I had heard horror stories about the inability to resolve issues but this wasn't the case. My experience was one of complete satisfaction
