I accidentally ordered two orders I immediately contacted him the night that I did it and they contacted me the next morning and has already started refunding the second it was very nice that they got back with me as quick as they did

This business is a scam. The flea collars do not work. They offer a no questions asked 100 percent 30 day money back guarantee. When I emailed them, we went back and forth with 12 different messages. They offered me 40 percent back. After more persistence they offered 80 percent back. I ended up reporting them to the ftc for fraud. Do not buy! When I looked into the address on their website it’s 30 N Gould St ste r, Sheridan Wyoming 82801, United States. Upon googling that, I found a number of fraudulent businesses running out of that fake location. If you go to their ig it says United Arab Emirates. I had to cancel my cc and issue a new one to stop the fraudulent charges.

Bought a pendant for each of our dogs. First of all, it took a good week of airing out before I could even use them which I felt like was excessive. They’ve had them on about a month now and we’ve still been pulling ticks off them every few days. We do live backed up to a small woods, but still. I was hopeful these would work a lot better. Hate being out $70 for something that doesn’t work as advertised. Haven’t tried reaching out to the company because I am past the 30 day window.

It's true that our pendants contain natural ingredients that may require a few days of airing out before use, especially for pets that are more sensitive to scents. However, we understand that waiting a week can feel excessive, and we appreciate your patience during that period. While many customers see a reduction in ticks, results can vary depending on factors like your pet’s environment and exposure — and living near wooded areas can certainly increase tick activity. We know how frustrating it is to invest in a product and not get the results you were expecting, and we truly regret the disappointment this has caused. About two hours after putting on and adjusting the collar on my cat, I was inside my house when I heard a scratching at the door. When I opened the door, the cat had her mouth wide open and she was drooling. Her jaw was pried open so wide and one of her teeth was stuck in the rubber collar — the tooth had punctured the rubber. The rubber was so extremely tight on the tooth that the cat could not close her jaw. Somehow, perhaps in trying to get it off of herself, she was able to get her bottom jaw under the collar and the tooth pierced the collar, locking her jaw into place. She instinctively knew she needed my help and for a cat who is usually resistant, she let me pick her up. I tried to dislodge the tooth from the collar but it the rubber was so tight around the tooth that I felt if I pulled any harder, I would have broken her neck. I kept talking with her calmly as she continued to drool with her jaw pried open. Finally, I held her neck and head steady as I could, put the top of the tooth on top of my thumb, puncturing my own thumb, so that I could pull the rubber off of the tooth. This is just my experience, but I think the collar is dangerous and should be made with different material. Obviously, I will not be using this collar.

I've had the collar on my dog for a few weeks and I just pulled a deer tick out of his ear. He is not an outdoor dog,just a little guy. I requested A refund we'll see how that goes. I really believe they scare you into purchasing this product that using drops and all these things put dogs into commas. I don't believe that at all.
