The customer service was very good. I was inquiring about the puppies I have. While playing outside they chew the collar to pull down the other dog(both do it to each other) they put a hole in the plastic and all the oil runs out. I wanted to know if you make something for this problem. I know they will grow out of it, but the expense right now is hard to swallow. Patrick informed me that there is not an answer for this problem.

I enjoyed my encounters with fur life products and fur life support. They were very helpful and understanding and listened to everything. I was asking before they made comments. Thank you for life for your great customer service.

This product was very strong smelling right out of the package. It .ade one of my dogs sick. The product worked for about 2 weeks and fleas were right back. I sent an email to the company about this i did not get a refund, they sent me a review form in the email and acted as if they did not get my email. So I paid $70 for 2 flea colors that did not last 30 days. Not satisfied at all. I can't remember the exact date, just that it was in July.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, especially that one of your dogs became unwell after using the collar. While our ingredients are generally safe, every dog can respond differently, and individual sensitivities can occur. Since your dog had a reaction, we recommend discontinuing use. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to see the fleas return after only a couple of weeks and then feel like your email wasn’t properly addressed. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. No where in the advertisement does it mention anything about the smell which the company obviously knew about because of the disclosure on the product

I had a small issue with a flea collar item so I contacted FurLife for assistance. Patrick responded to my issue within the hour and very quickly and professionally resolved it! Within hours he had a replacement item in the way and a very satisfied customer. Thank you Patrick, will definitely be purchasing again in the future!

I had a faulty disk that goes in the tag (pendant) and I reached out to Furlife and their support team, after a few emails with Roy and Julia, they are replacing with a new tag. Ive been using the collars for 4 years and absolutely love them but when they offered a discount on the 12 month tag I knew I had to purchase, in pink, after a few days the itching and chewing stopped. My pup is so happy I finally found a great product.

I was having issues with the new pendant we received not keeping fleas off our dog. They were quick to respond and were able to get a new one sent to me with zero issues! Shout out to Mat for being awesome 👏

Their flea and tick collars and tags actually work! My dog went from having flies swarming around her in the woods and coming home with 10+ ticks embedded, to zero ticks in an entire spring, summer and fall, and minimal bugs bothering her. She has seizures with conventional flea and tick meds and collars so we needed an alternative and found one that I think is even better. One time there was a defect with one of the products, and Julia from their customer service was very kind and replaced it immediately, without making me go through an annoying return process which I’ve experienced with other companies. I seriously always recommend these products to my friends!
