I order 4 pendants and they dried up within a month I email company and they sending me replacements free of charge, they were very helpful and responded to my email within no time and resolved the problem. Very satisfied with the outcome and will continue to purchase their product.

Patrick answered my email quickly and sent off another pendant for my Maya. Being in the country, there are lots of fields that include high and low grass. Great hiding places for ticks and fleas. I hope to get the new collar soon. For now I have been using the red regular collar. Thank you again Patrick. You've put my mind at ease.
