Nervous about filing a complaint regarding receiving two defective pendants. I was afraid my issue would fall on deaf ears. But I love the product so much I did not have faith that I would find a replacement product that would match Furlife. I wrote in my complaint and I received perfect customer support. When I didn't receive my order and contacted the company they worked diligently to help track it down. Once it was determined that the order was totally lost in shipping they notified me that a replacement order was on its way. Great company and customer service second to none. I highly recommend them for all your furbaby needs.
