I recently ordered 1 dog and 2 cat collars. When my package was delivered, I only had 1 dog and 1 cat collar. I emailed the company and within minutes I had an email from Julia. She took care of the issue and I received another cat collar in a few days. I am very satisfied with the speed in which my issue was resolved! We really love the collars and how they work for our pets! My animals are flea and tick free!

I'm 64 years young, many times I had intended on writing a review on a service or product I have found beneficial but just never got around to it. I say that, because that says a lot for me taking the time to write this one. As I was about to place my order, I took a pause, shortly afterwards I received a text asking if a discount code might help me out, I replied "yes". For some reason I didn't notice that the code came through and placed my order without it. Quite a few hours afterwards I noticed the text did come through, I figured I missed my opportunity but decided to email. To my surprise, JeAnne responded immediately with good news, they applied a credit for the discount to my card. I truly was not expecting that outcome, but more importantly I was not expecting such a quick response. Thank you JeAnne!

I purchased the flea & tick tags for our new puppy before we got him. After we picked him up he was much smaller than his picture was. I reached out to FurLife to ask them for a refund & I received an email right back. JeAnne & Julia were amazing to work with and they even gave me an offer that I couldn’t pass up that our new puppy will still be protected from fleas & ticks!! They placed the new order & it’s already been shipped a day later & they didn’t even ask me to send the tags back which made this experience a VERY HAPPY ONE!! Kiddos to JeAnne & Julia! I would definitely recommend FurLife to any animal lover!!

The response to my inquiry was very prompt and helpful. They replaced my broken pendant. Julia was very professional and a great with her customer service!

Julia, the customer service person that contacted me regarding my subscription cancellation from Furlife was very very helpful and I appreciated her assistance very much. It’s a very easy company to work with, and I would highly recommend it.

Let me start by saying I am one pleases customer. I sent a concern with a product via email and just as soon as I sent the email I received a rapid response and it was not automated. It was JeAnne and Julia working on an Easter Sunday to my surprise and my issue was rapidly resolved. I love working with a business that goes above and beyond their customers expectations.
