I hate it !!!! It don’t work my puppy still got plenty fleas on God bruh!!!! And it cost me over 50$ I want that bread back I just had to spend 65$ on a Seresto collar and I’m beyond PISSED!!!! I do not recommend it to NO DAMN BODY!!!! And quit trying to make the deal seem sweet by selling 2 fa 70 cuz it ain’t worth a tear in a buck it!!!! 🤷🏾♂️🔥🤬🤬🤬🤬

I made an error in my order and I emailed them to correct my order. They got back with me on the same day and made the correction before it shipped. That saved me a lot of trouble.

The conversation was well thought out and Glisson, JeAnn and Julia addressed the issue I presented with professionalism and compassion. What a breath of fresh air! I emailed FurLife on Friday afternoon/evening, expecting to receive a response by perhaps the next week…but early Saturday morning, to my delight, a response had been sent! Although we did have a couple of more exchanges, it ended with the representatives(Glisson, JeAnn and Julia) placing themselves in my situation and offering me another try at their product. I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience.

I love FurLife flea and tick control. It's so much better than chemicals. I don't use chemicals on my own body. Why would I use them on my fur babies' bodies? I wouldn't. I just added a 9-week old kitten to our family and she's already e pised to danger even though she doesn't go outside. Her sisters roam outside and could potentially bring in fleas or ticks so protecting her at this young age is necessary. I emailed their customer support and received a prompt response from Julia. Thank you, Julia, for your support and information. I'll be ordering a collar for the baby. I love Fur Life products
